10/14/44: El Salvador Postal Card

Posted from the city of San Salvador and sent to France via the Transatlantic Clipper, this postcard received the usual World War II United States censor rubber stamp markings.

It is franked by the 2-, 5-, and 10-centavo values (Scott #575, #575 and #579) of the 1938-1939 local industry stamps, and the 20- and 30-centavo values (Scott #C74 and C76) of the Nov. 27, 1940 coffee industry airmail issue.
